"I started with the early morning Men's group about 6 months ago with the aim to lose wight and get a bit fitter. Im still doing three mornings a week and love the group nature of the sessions.

James is a great trainer. His knowledge of health and fitness is amazing and he's constantly pushing for more weights and reps. He never lets up, even on days when you're not feeling it and he always ensures correct technique is used and offers so much more than just a fitness session with the nutritional advice provided.

The results so far are over 6kg of weight lost, 7 inches off my waist and a transformed way of thinking about food and diet. As a simple comparison I lost about 1kg in four months going to a public gym before I started the sessions which shows the difference he's made.

Now I have dropped my body fat levels, my focus is on building strength and muscle.

Our club started with James, just over 12 months ago, we started initially to help improve our teams general fitness levels just before our pre-season. Every week we felt fitter, leaner and overall way more motivated as a team.

Our overall strength and fitness have improved dramatically and we all look forward to the sessions every week!

James is meticulous with his session planning and is very motivated and passionate about strength & conditioning, the sessions are very fun, challenging and addictive. We won't lie, its really hard and it often can make you feel sick, however completing it with your team, getting each other through it, really builds team chemistry.

He has his own private gym facility, where you don't have to wait for machines or feel anxious about people watching you.

"I've been training with James since October 2016. As a very keen runner, I was looking for someone to improve my overall fitness and help improve my race times.
James took this on board and set about putting training plans together, focusing on strength and conditioning and improving explosive power.
He is very knowledgeable about fitness and puts in huge amounts of effort into making our sessions challenging, rewarding and fun.
And since starting training with James, I've gone on to get PB's in 5K, 10K, a half marathon and a marathon. It's been hard work but the rewards are most definitely worth it.
