The 8 Week Transformation Course is perfect for individuals who are needing to make a big change in a short space of time. It's an alternative cheaper option to 1-2-1 PT however, if you still want something more specific than a generic fitness class, this is for you! You will be in a group of friendly people, all with the same gender, all with similar goals as each other.
With this programme, you can choose to train 2/3 times a week, on either the AM or PM Men's and Women's groups.
This Programme is very intense, and as previously stated, perfect for individuals needing to make a big change in a short space of time. Take a look at the current days and times available;
Men's AM group sessions:
Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday 6-7am
Men's PM & weekend sessions:
Monday & Thursday 8.30-9.30pm
Women's AM group sessions:
Wednesday & Friday 7-8am
Women's PM group sessions:
Group 1 Monday & Friday 6.30-7.30pm
Group 2 Monday & Friday 7.30-8.30pm
